Karl Moulton Friend and co-worker September 28, 2011

I knew Carl when he was working at the old Miracle Mart stores in Peoria. I was very saddened to read of his passing. He was a companionate man. He wanted to help his community and those he came in contact with during his short life. I valued Carl and his life. Just as he valued and protected mine. He was as color blind as I was and we worked in tandem and intuitively as if we were brothers all of our lives.

He has gone on now, and I will miss him and keep him in my prayers as I will for his family and extended family.

God bless.

Rev. Frank D. Moore A Good Friend September 26, 2011

I remember a young Carl when he first had his first child and marriage. I was Program Director at the Boys' Club.  I remember when he was first started working at the Boys' Club.  A young man he had a way with the boys.  I was the first black boy to join the Boys' Club back in 1968.  Carl and others followed and eventually we took over in population and employment.  I left Peoria in 1976 to live in Cincinnati.  I hope Carl's life was filled with joy because he touched many lives.

Burns, Bartonville, IL 61607.

We pray that God will bring you comfort as you grieve over the deaths of your children.
